InstantCalmKit ("the App") is a mental-wellness mobile application. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
The App stores the following data locally on your device only using on-device storage (AsyncStorage). This data is never transmitted to our servers:

If you purchase a subscription, payment is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment details (credit card number, billing address, etc.). Subscription status is managed by a third-party service (Superwall) to determine feature access.
The App may collect anonymous, aggregated usage data through platform-standard services (e.g., Expo updates, crash reporting) to improve stability and performance. This data does not personally identify you.
If you enable daily reminders, the App uses your device's local notification system. Notification preferences are stored locally. We do not use push notification tokens for marketing or tracking.

All user data is stored locally on your device using standard platform storage mechanisms. Since no personal data is transmitted to external servers, the risk of data breach from our services is minimal. We recommend keeping your device passcode-protected.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
InstantCalmKit is designed as a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical or mental health condition.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
